Spectacular Flyover of the Salinas River Flood

Hearing all the evacuation orders and rumors for the Salinas River Flood is nothing compared to seeing it for yourself.

In this video we take you along for a ride during a break of the weather. We wish you could have all been there with us, but this is the next best thing.

Some of the worst flooding was between Gonzales and the Salinas river bridge. We did not fly further southeast than Arroyo Secco Bridge. The river mouth and beach look to be open better now than a week ago, and hopefully that means water will be able to subside into the ocean.
